Special Meeting of the Holly Board of Trustees

Present:    Mayor:  Vance Brian, Jr.

Trustees:   Blaine Ice

Randy Holland, Town Administrator

Cynthia S. Humrich, Town Clerk/Treasurer                        

Call to Order. Mayor Brian presided over the special meeting of the Holly Board of Trustees on the above date at 7:00 p.m.

Roll was called. All present except Trustee Tefertiller. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Additions to the Agenda. None.

New Business. Request for Trustee Melcher and Trustee Swisher to be present via telephone due to holidays and scheduling.  A motion was made to accept Trustee Melcher and Trustee Swisher as present via telephone by Trustee Ice. Seconded by Trustee Kissell. Motion carried 5-0. First Reading and Approval of Ordinance 567 – An Ordinance of the Town of Holly, Colorado Reinstating the Holly Police Department. A motion was made to approve Ordinance 567 – An Ordinance of the Town of Holly, Colorado Reinstating the Holly Police Department by Trustee Ice. Seconded by Trustee Kissell. Motion carried 5-0.

Adjournment. A motion to adjourn was made by Trustee Ice. Seconded by Trustee Kissell.  Motion carried 5-0 at 7:02 p.m.
