RESOLUTION 2023-2

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ACCESS TO

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS OF THE TOWN OF HOLLY

WHEREAS, the Town of Holly is a statutory town organized under the laws of the State of Colorado; and

WHEREAS, the Town has engaged individuals to assist in the financial handlings of the Town of Holly; and

WHEREAS, as an expedient, employees should have access to financial accounts of the Town of Holly.

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Town of Holly Board of Trustees that:

1. That the duly appointed Clerk of the Town of Holly and the duly appointed Treasurer of the Town of Holly be and hereby are authorized to do the following:

   A. Open any requisite bank account on behalf of the Town of Holly and execute any resolution for that purpose on the printed form required of any bank.

   B. Become a signatory on any existing bank accounts.

   C. Become a signatory on any existing certificate of deposits.

   D. Become a signatory for access to any existing safety deposit boxes.
